Katherine is the proud owner of Cosmopolitan Title Agency, LLC. Her dedication, determination, and hard work has been the driving force in growing Cosmopolitan into the world class service provider it is today. She brings with her over 16 years of knowledge and experience in all facets of title industry, from working as a processor to becoming a successful owner with multiple offices, operating in several states. Katherine prides herself on Cosmo’s ability to handle all the various types of transactions ranging from standard residential closings to your more complex commercial and REO closings. She believes that every client, as well as their customers deserve the personal attention that ensures all parties can walk away from the closing table completely satisfied and excited about the next transaction. Katherine values the relationships she has cultivated and is dedicated to fostering business growth for all. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, fur babies and friends. Katherine is a dedicated Chicago fan (White Sox, Blackhawks, Bulls and Da Bears) and is an avid traveler.
Denise Quinn

Denise Quinn
Denise is the Chief Operating Officer of the Northern Kentucky office and has been with Cosmopolitan Title for the past 8 years. She brings over 28 years of title industry knowledge and experience to provide a seamless transaction for her clients. Denise’s love of working at Cosmo comes not only from the professional relationships she has cultivated but the personal ones, as well. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and coaching high school varsity cheerleading.
Jenn Vinson

Jenn Vinson
Jenn is new to the Cosmopolitan team and serves in the role of Business Development Director. She brings with her over 7 years of knowledge and experience in the title industry. Jenn has served in several roles throughout her time in the industry from developing a full-service niche abstracting division to marketing and operations supervision. Jenn truly values being a contributing factor to 110% customer and client satisfaction, as well as supporting business growth and cultivating lasting relationships. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, golf, and spending time with loved ones. Jenn is a dedicated Chicago Cubs, Nashville Predators, & University of Kentucky sports fan.

Chris brings with him over 8 years of knowledge and experience in the mortgage technology industry. I have served in multiple roles over the course of my career, but primarily as an Account Executive. With a keen understanding of the closing process from application to final docs, I delight in providing my clients with the best-in-class customer service to see their business flourish. With a passion for building relationships, I’m excited to contribute to the success of Cosmopolitan Title. Originally from San Diego, I now reside in Nashville with my wife and four kids, but remain a loyal fan of my Padres!

For the past 9 years, Dustin has been the disbursement clerk for the Northern Kentucky Office. He brings with him 11 years industry experience, a degree in business administration, and a commitment to accuracy making him a vital part of the team. Dustin values honesty, loyalty, & respect which is reflected daily in his work. His favorite part of working for Cosmopolitan is being a part of family atmosphere that recognizes his unique contribution. Dustin is a married father of two and an avid University of Kentucky Football & Basketball fan.
John Thompson

John Thompson
John is the Client Services Specialist for Cosmopolitan’s Ohio Office. He brings with him over 21 years of knowledge and experience in several aspects of the title industry. John has served in various roles during his years of experience. He is well-versed in everything from title clearing and processing to funding and issuing final policies. He enjoys the challenge of taking a loan application from beginning to post-closing, with all parties walking away happy. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time playing with his two energetic and very lovable dogs.

Pam has been with Cosmopolitan for the past 5 years and is currently in the role of closing coordinator for the Northern Kentucky Office. She has 16 years of title industry experience and has performed a full range of services throughout her career. Pam thoroughly enjoys working with her clients and prides herself on going above and beyond what is asked of her in order to provide the best service possible. One of the things Pam enjoys most about Cosmo is the family-like atmosphere she feels daily, and that positivity reflects in her work. She loves spending time with her family and is a dedicated University of Kentucky sports fan, as well as lover of the basketball season in general.

Kim joined the Cosmopolitan team 5 years ago and is currently fulfilling the role closing coordinator for the Northern Kentucky Office. She prides herself on going above and beyond, to give her clients world class service. One of the things Kim enjoys most about Cosmo is being able to work with a dynamic team that utilizes her keen attention to detail and organization. Prior to joining our company, Kim worked with special needs children in a local KY school district. She is an avid Harley Davidson fan and enjoys riding on a beautiful day.

Erica serves as our Closing Coordinator for the Northern Kentucky Office and has more than 6 years of title industry experience. She is well-versed as a foreclosure paralegal. Her knowledge and understanding of the foreclosure process coupled with dedication and determination make her an integral part of the Cosmopolitan team. In her spare time, Erica enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as being an avid shopper.

Teresa C. Rodriguez joined our team December 2019. All though she has filled several positions within Cosmopolitan Title, her current position is Recording/Disbursement Coordinator. Teresa brings with her 20 years of experience working in the title industry. Teresa is an enthusiastic, hard worker that strives to provide a superior product and service. Her favorite part about working at Cosmopolitan Title is the family oriented and team environment. Outside of work Teresa enjoys ballroom and country line dancing.

Stephanie Wagner started as a Title Processor at Cosmopolitan’s Northern Kentucky Branch and is currently in the role of the Payoff Coordinator. She brings with her 20 + years of combined customer service, office administration experience. Although Stephanie is new to the industry, her experience is extremely valuable to her team. When asked what she likes most about working for Cosmopolitan, Stephanie truly appreciates the way everyone works together to get the job done, as well as the family atmosphere. One of the many values that drive her is that her employer and our customers/clients know that she is 100% dedicated to their success and their happiness with her job performance. In her downtime, Stephanie enjoys traveling, visiting historic towns, exploring unique locations off the beaten path, observing wildlife and spending time with family.

Sabrina Fancote is a Post-Closing Coordinator with Cosmopolitan Title Agency. Sabrina has been in the title business for a year. She is responsible for scheduling notaries and attorneys for our refinance closings as well as create the title documents that go to closing. Sabrina’s favorite thing about working for Cosmopolitan Title Agency is the family-like atmosphere and the opportunities for career growth. Our mission is to work together as a team to provide excellent service to our clients. Some of the values that Sabrina lives by every day is integrity and the ability to collaborate with others. In her free time, Sabrina loves to shop and spend time with her family.
